  Left/Right = A/D
  Shoot = Space

Controller:
  Throttle Up - X
  Throttle Down = A
  Pitch Up/Down = Left Stick
  Left/Right = Left Stick
  Shoot = B

Download the Windows version of the game if the browser version doesn't work. The Windows version looks better.
